3 relaxing treatments to help you get a good night’s sleep

Are you getting enough sleep each night?  Too little or too much can play havoc with your body, affecting both how you feel internally and how you look on the outside.

The BBC Breakfast team asked recently “what’s your slumber number?” with respondents answering anything from 3 to 9 hours sleep each night!   You can see the video replay here.
